If you bought your RV from a dealership, that should be the first place you should check because you have an existing relationship with them. It's also possible that the dealership where you bought your RV can offer you a discount on the storage. If you store your RV at a dealership, you may be able to have the service department look over your RV before it goes into storage so that there aren't any problems with it.
Self Storage Facility
Another option you have is to rent a storage unit that is big enough for your RV. One of the benefits of doing that is that your RV will be the only vehicle in the unit, so you don't have to worry about any damage to it. The unit may also be climate controlled, which means that you don't have to worry about your RV being adversely affected by the weather. If you are going to store your RV in a self-storage facility, make sure that you check with them about their vehicle storage rules. You will likely need to drain all fluids from your vehicle. It will be especially important that your blackwater tank is completely empty. You might want to rinse it out just to make sure that there isn't anything left in it. That will also give you a completely empty tank when you get started on the road again.
If you have an RV, you can get out on the open road with very few obstacles. You can stop where you want, without worrying about hotel rooms, your bedroom is right there with you, and you can find plenty of places to pull over and sleep, including some big box stores or rest stops.
